Category & Tag Cleanup
A tidy website is a powerful website. I’ll organize your categories and tags, remove duplicates, and create a clean structure that helps Google understand your topics — and helps readers find what they need.
This is also part of the SEO Deep Clean packet.
This is a Task That Requires Dashboard Access
🌟 What I Need From You Before We Begin
To make your SEO project smooth, efficient, and stress‑free, here’s everything I need from you before I start working on your site. This ensures I can complete your optimization quickly and accurately.
✔ 1. Website Login Access
Please create a user account for me with:
- Administrator access (preferred), or
- Editor access (if you’re only requesting content‑level services)
You can remove my access at any time once the project is complete.
✔ 2. A List of Your Top 5–10 Keywords or Topics
These don’t need to be perfect — just the themes you want to be known for.
Examples: “cozy mystery author,” “Christian devotionals,” “Florida history,” etc.
If you’re not sure, I can help you choose them.
✔ 3. Your Preferred Author Name and Tagline
I’ll use these when optimizing your homepage, metadata, and schema.
✔ 4. Any Pages You Want Prioritized
If there are specific pages you care about most — your homepage, a book page, or a blog post — let me know so I can focus on them first.
✔ 5. Your Website Goals
Tell me what matters most to you:
- More newsletter signups
- Better Google visibility
- A cleaner, more organized site
- Stronger branding
- More traffic to your blog
Your goals shape the strategy.
✔ 6. Optional: Access to Google Search Console or Analytics
If you already have these set up, granting access helps me track improvements and identify opportunities.
If you don’t have them, I can help you set them up.
🌿 Once I Have Everything…
I’ll begin optimizing your site, keeping you updated at each major step. You’ll receive a clear summary of what was improved, why it matters, and how it supports your long‑term visibility.
Your website is about to become clearer, stronger, and more discoverable — and I’m honored to help you get there.
